I’m Jessica, and I’m a real estate agent with all my heart and soul on the beautiful Costa Blanca.
But before I talk about houses, I’d like to tell you who is really behind the properties. Because in my profession, it’s not just about walls, tiles, and square meters – it’s about people, life decisions, dreams, and trust.

A little bit about me…
I have been living here on the Costa Blanca for over 27 years – more precisely now inland, about 15 minutes from the coast. Why do I mention that? Because that has changed my perspective on real estate.

Originally, my family and I came here on vacation – every year, since I was 17. At that time, we had a house on the coast. And at some point, it became clear: we didn’t just want to “be” here, we wanted to live here. So we moved here completely. And I consciously shifted my life to Spain.

Today, I know the region like the back of my hand – not only the tourist hotspots but also the small towns, the real hidden gems, the quieter areas with good infrastructure, surroundings, and heart.

What makes me stand out as a real estate agent

I offer my clients an all-round service. Not just handing over the keys, but support – from the first viewing to the notary appointment and even after the purchase of the property.

I speak plainly, even when it may be uncomfortable. Why? Because I know how many questions, uncertainties, and sometimes illusions are associated with buying property abroad.
